SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number through our chat widget and selecting the optional marketing-consent checkbox, you agree to the following terms.

Program Description & Use Case Category

Block & Barker LLC operates an SMS messaging program registered in the Marketing & Promotional use case category. Messages may include special offers, discounts, event promotions, and coaching announcements. Marketing messages are only sent after express written consent is provided through the chat widget on https://peter-funnel.vercel.app/ and are not combined with transactional consent.

Separately, transactional messages tied directly to your inquiry (such as appointment confirmations and replies to questions you sent us) may be sent without enrolling in the marketing program; these are not promotional in nature.

How You Opt In

Marketing SMS opt-in is collected exclusively through the chat widget on this Site. A separate optional marketing-consent checkbox is presented inside the chat; you must affirmatively check it to enroll. There are no other forms or landing pages that collect marketing-SMS consent for Block & Barker LLC.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive marketing SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just opt back in through the chat widget and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
